The best care will be taken to keep your pet and your home safe. In the rarest cases, due to the unpredictable nature of pet care, things do happen.

Client accepts all responsibility for damage and injury: to the pet care provider, pet owner, or any person residing with either or upon encounter while hired; to the pet care provider's property while hired; treatment costs for preventive care or medical or veterinary bills resulting from injury or illness to any person or animal resulting from incident while hired or resulting from any illness or chronic or pre-existing condition; to any person or pet during a meet & greet whether hired or not; illness or necessary treatment for pets arising from ingested objects, injury, skin conditions, fleas, ticks, or parasites.

Client must provide emergency contacts and choice of emergency care veterinarian or hospital. All emergency care services are the responsibility of the client.

Pet care provider accepts all responsibility for any injury or damage to client's pets and/or property arising from willful neglect and/or intentional damage or injury caused to client's pet or property while hired by pet care provider or any guest of pet care provider. Provider must be notified immediately of damage or injury, if not already aware.

Surveillance of common areas at client's property is strongly encouraged and appreciated; excluding bathrooms, dressing areas, and any guest bedroom used by pet care provider.

Up-front payment is required for all new clients and transport clients at job start time. Payments are accepted via PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, ApplePay, Google Pay, and cash.
